SMS invoice communications

Yates Property Maintenance LLC, also known as Yates Property Maintenance, uses customer information to provide invoice text messages, secure payment links, and payment reminders when the customer has agreed to receive them. This policy covers that SMS program.

Information we collect and use

We use your name, mobile number, invoice references, messaging preferences, consent records, message content, and delivery information to send requested messages, provide support, document permission, and honor opt-outs. Payment links may open a payment provider's website, where that provider's privacy policy also applies.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use service providers to deliver messages, operate our business software, and maintain records. We may disclose information when required by law.

Your choices

SMS participation is optional. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact billyates96@gmail.com or 802-356-8138. You can choose email delivery instead. Contact us to request correction or deletion of your SMS information, subject to records we need to retain for legal obligations or to honor your opt-out.

Retention

We retain messaging and consent information as needed to provide the program, document permission, handle customer requests, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. We retain sufficient opt-out information to avoid sending further unwanted messages.
